Sherry Melroe Design Assistant
Sherry is involved in all aspects of the design process. She has terrific attention to detail that is invaluable as she oversees projects from beginning to end. She enjoys the close contact with clients, as she assists them in making interior design decisions, whether selection of furniture, window treatments or accessories. Sherry has worked with Tom and Joy since the company’s inception, and is an Interior Design graduate from North Dakota State University
Sean Moore Design Assistant
Sean serves as the liaison between our clients and our builder partners. His primary goal is meeting our clients’ and builders’ needs throughout the design process. Sean enjoys addressing client concerns and making certain that each builder has a clear understanding of client specifications and preferences. Sean has 12 years of experience in the Interior Design industry, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
Michael Craft Draftsman
After completing the initial concepts for a project, Mike creates the framework for the designer’s vision in the form of construction documents. He works closely with Tom and Joy to develop the details of each unique project. After 25 years in residential architecture, Mike is still very passionate about his contribution to the company and our clients. Mike received his degree in Architectural Design and Structural Analysis from Northwest Technical Institute in Minneapolis.
Nancy Kirby Receptionist
In her role as receptionist at Rauscher/Robichaud, Nancy is an enthusiastic first point of contact for clients. She relishes opportunities to assist both clients and Rauscher/Robichaud designers or draftsmen. Nancy welcomes the variety of projects and new challenges that are always around the next corner in the home design business.
Katherine Christianson Controller
Katherine is Rauscher/Robichaud’s controller, where she handles balancing the books and crunching numbers. Her focus is ensuring superior service and accuracy for our clients. She is energized by the creative environment and personalities at Rauscher/Robichaud. Prior to joining the team at Rauscher/Robichaud, Katherine’s background made sure the numbers added up at positions in the insurance, retail, and custom machine engineering industries.
